There are many good reasons to be skeptical about HGH supplementation and homeopathy in particular. I've used and sorted through nearly every mood or energy vitamin, herb and supplement out there for the last 11 years. All I can tell you is that when I use this, I definately feel less tired and grouchy in the evenings and sleep better than I probably have in the last 10 years. My only problem is remembering to use it consistantly 3 times a day (So, I bought 3 bottles - for work and bedside).

When I saw this title, I was going to ask you if you thought or had found any research that fish oil was a waste of money? I am really bad with taking pills because I have always had a terrible phobia of swallowing them. I take fish oils when I feel like it, maybe 3-4 times a week.
